My DXA SCAN Update

My second DXA Scan result was sobering against the baseline of my first DXA Scan- more soboring  than I expected.
The report wasn’t really bad, it’s just that I tend to have higher expectations of myself.
WHAT IMPROVED
I dropped about 10 pounds from my baseline weight in September 2018.
Clearly, my mass &  weight was re-distributed in my body producing a less bulky and much more slim looking person.
AREAS OF INTEREST
My body mass shifted about .6 pounds heavier on my right side in both lean and fat mass.
AREAS  OF CONCERN
Overall, it was a good report, however, even though my total Fat and Lean tissue mass reduced, the percentages changed,  bringing my fat percentage up to 30% from 28%.
My visceral fat percentage also went up from baseline.
MY ACTION PLAN
1. Continue to address burning Fat Stores with Keto and Intermittent Fasting.
2. Increase my walking back to my pre-winter level of 1-3 miles per day.
3. Long term extended fasts to reduce the 5.7 pounds of visceral fat surrounding my internal organs.
4. Do light anaerobic exercises in order to build lean mass and raise the lean:fat ratio.
